  • Prefer degree holder but would consider diploma.
Process transactions relating to customer's claim for erroneous fund transfer using the various internal system.

Must be able to define the different types of cases and to follow up on cases for insufficient or incorrect details

Cases must be processed correctly according to the types of claims.

Ensuring all customer's claims are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time.

Staffs are required to escalate for any customers complain to the supervisor or team manager immediately.

Respond to internal queries efficiently and timely.

Salary:
Up to $3,866.58 per month
