Job Description Primary Objective**:

  • To achieve Singapore M&A Team's target revenue by developing the Singapore M&A business for RHB Banking Group including advisory, acquisition financing and financial sponsors coverage.
  • Support target M&A markets such as Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia in pitching and execution of M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

To achieve M&A Team's annual revenue & service standard targets by;

  • Assist and/or lead advisory M&A including buyside and sellside
  • Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders and external vendors/bidders
  • Preparation of marketing materials and other key deal documents
  • Development of valuation, financial and strategic analysis and management of the due diligence process
  • Supporting Senior Team Member and Head, Regional M&A on duties required for the execution of projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum in either Economics, Finance or Accounting or alternatively a track record of achievements in the M&A area with Capital Markets Services Representative License.
  • Minimum 3 year in investment banking focusing on advisory and capital markets work.
  • Innovative with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Track record of achievements.
  • A closelyknitted team, and yet be able to work independently
