Outlet Executive - T2

RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

  • Supervise and work with ground team to prepare each day activity and ensure that preprepped backup supplies are always readily available.
  • Implement strategies (promotions, suggestive selling) to meet or improve financial performance.
  • Drive targets for Sales Revenue, Cost Management initiatives and monitors closely whether these targets are met.
  • Makesure that instored displayed is maintained at high quality with maximum hygiene & cleanliness.
  • Enforce proper cashier and administrative systems which include daily cashiering, petty cash systems, staff working hours/payroll processing, ordering, filing of invoices, delivery notes and daily taking.
  • Enforce outlet audit by doing project shift checklist.
  • Deal with customers' complaints.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by area manager.
  • Required to prepare meals such as toast making and hot foods based on the company's SOPs.
  • Preparation of hot and cold beverages from scratch and premix.
Grow Sales Revenue & Business Layers

  • Commit to driving topline revenue to meet budgeted sales.
  • Understand trading areas and customer profile & reactions to grow revenue.
  • Maximise costefficiencies and optimising profits in P&L Line items (especially related to Food & Paper Costs, Labour, Repair & Maintenance Costs).
  • Daytoday kitchen equipment cleaning & maintenance.
  • Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness on both personal and operational level.
  • Ensure the staff always follow workplace safety regulations. Compliance to the hygiene, health and food safety standards as expected and directed by the Company.
  • Responsible for the Area's service staff and implement service standards and workflow procedures.
  • Nurture Outletincharged / 2IC to groom Service Leaders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tech Savvy, handson with good problemsolving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships.
  • Perform a rotating shift of 8 hours including night shift.
