MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage and coordinate the Health, Safety and Enviromental ("HSE") team
  • Supports Management in establishing and continuously improving HSE culture within the worksites
  • Follow up with MOM requirements for annual or biannual inspections required for equipment on site
  • Follow up with safety equipment inspection or recertification e.g. Safety Harness, etc
  • In charge of coordination for ISO audits and following up with recommendations, where necessary.
  • To ensure that the relevant HSE documentation is updated and available on the sites, including Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Safe Work Procedure, Fall Prevention Plan & Emergency Response Plan, etc.
  • To support Management in investigations of failures and accidents, and conduct interviews and prepare incident report.
  • Maintain HSE on site to be in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • To assist in implementing the Safety Management System, monitoring HSE objectives and liaising with authorities regarding HSE where necessary.
  • Generating and updating local HSE procedures, work instructions and checklists as required.
  • Implementing and monitoring HSE plans and ensuring measures in place are reasonably practicable
