Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities
    • The individual will be supporting the planning and daily operations of initiatives and programmes within Population Health and Community Transformation (PHCT).
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including residents and community partners.
    • Support projects involving budget monitoring, program-related data analyses, risk management, and data governance.
    • Support system-related tasks including existing bespoke systems (AIP System, iHFL) and NGEMR.
    • Assist in the transition and implementation of NGEMR in community settings, collaborating with key stakeholders for solutions and enhancements.
  • MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Business Analyst
      1. Collect operational-related system and technology needs of sections under PHCT.
      2. Define project plans, review user requirements, outline project milestones, tasks, and budget.
      3. Create workflow diagrams and write functional specifications.
      4. Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and gather feedback to suggest improvements.
      5. Monitor project progress, track activities, and resolve issues.
      6. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to convey user needs and troubleshoot problems.
      7. Arrange stakeholder meetings and prepare project updates.
      8. Support department users with system troubleshooting.
      9. Assist in other system-related tasks within PHCT.
    • Project Management
      • Support PHCT's operations, budget monitoring, data analyses, and stakeholder engagement.
    • GENERAL
      • Perform operational and administrative duties including report generation and data analysis.
      • Support outreach events and department initiatives.
      • Undertake any other assigned duties.
  • Role of Kaizen Function

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or equivalent in business analysis, information technology, or systems engineering.
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic programming is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint.
  • Strong command of spoken English and concise writing skills.
  • Attention to detail, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking.
