  • Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out by subcontractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
  • Manage & Site supervision of construction workers
  • Transportation of construction workers from SitetoSite
  • Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
  • To carry out site work in accordance construction program.
  • Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.
  • Ensure smooth progress of site works.
  • Responsible for all issues concern on site or adhoc duties as and when directed
  • Requires to liaise with site consultants / authorities
  • Any other Adhoc duties required

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2 years relevant working experience in the construction industry
  • Min Nitec in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent
  • Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc (Applicable for both gender)
  • Possess a Class 4/5 Driving License
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings
  • Able to manage multinational team members
  • May required to do OT
