Job Summary:

STARCITY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor cum Driver to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that works are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with project requirements and scope of work.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that works are executed to an acceptable standard of workmanship.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Workplace, Safety and Health and Environment Management/Regulation, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Liaise closely with Site Operations Staff, Project/Site Managers, and Government Regulatory Authorities on all Environmental, Health and Safety matters.
  • Logistics: Purchase materials and deliver them to site, and arrange for workers to be transported from the dormitory to the worksite.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Building Construction or related field, and a valid Singapore Driver's Licence.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a construction foreman, with in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work under fast-paced environments.
  • Certifications: Skill Evaluation Certificate level 1&2 BCA.
