Title: Facilities Technician / Engineer

Location: Land - Rifle Range Road, SG

Description:

  • Plan and oversee renovation and A&A works
  • Experience in M&E works such as fire protection system, cooling tower, air conditioning, etc.
  • Plan and supervise building services including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, renovation, etc.
  • Conduct daily routine inspections for building/M&E facilities works
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety requirements by contractors for corrective and preventive maintenance works
  • Raise PR for works/services to be carried out by contractors/vendors
  • Perform acceptance of services completed by contractors e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
  • Respond to emergency calls, including after office hours, e.g. power failure, fire incidents, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Class 2/3 Driving license (preferred) and ability to cycle
  • Over 5 years of experience in Facilities/M&E maintenance
  • Singaporean candidates only
  • Able to work on weekends for emergency situations
  • Work location at Rifle Range Road
