Roles & Responsibilities

We are in search of an individual to become part of our team as an Information Technology Program Manager for the SN team. In this role, you will have a significant impact on planning and executing intricate, transformative, cross-functional programs that directly boost ServiceNow's Tower's priorities.

  • Collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams on intricate, transformative, cross-functional programs, guiding them from initial idea to final implementation.
  • Create program plans with deliverables spanning multiple teams and ensure their alignment.
  • Having over 12 years of experience as an IT Program Manager in an enterprise software company, with extensive expertise in designing and managing programs for Service Now. Overseeing software application development programs at an enterprise level.
  • Prior involvement in significant BSS transformation or migration projects, equipped to offer optimal strategies/solutions regarding billing.
  • Previous engagement in OSS and Billing Transformation initiatives, including Amdocs billing.
  • Proficient in ETL, Informatica, Cloudera, SQL, and Automation testing tools such as Selenium, TOSCA, API Testing, among others.
  • Customizing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs.
  • Aptitude for delving into highly intricate, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments to harmonize teams with plans.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and influence.
  • Capable of making decisions driven by data and business advantages.
  • Essential: Stakeholder management, Influence, Executive communication, guiding junior program managers
