Project Management

  • Analyze and document requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders, including users and managers, to consolidate information needs throughout the organization.
  • Understand customer requirements to align them with IT planning and management.
  • Establish project plans, risk management plans, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with business users and designers.
  • Define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and carry out post-implementation assessments.
