1. Rental Operations**- To assist in all operations of the Department.
- To coordinate with Workshop Supervisors and other related personnel in the workshop for the effective flow of operations.
- To develop a system to track machines which are serviceable and list of machines having related Certifications.
- To liaise with staffs/purchasers/managers of customers office to facilitate in the flow of needed documents if necessary.
- To manage mechanics/electricians onsite in solving Customers' issues.
- To facilitate in issuing DOs, Invoices, Rental Agreements for Drivers to deliver goods.
- To manage the timetable of our drivers and to come up with a system to manage them efficiently.
- To account for machineries in & out for rental.
- Update of online inventory management accurately
- Submission of Rental machine insurance ontime.
- Making sure that all machines out for rental bears our
2. Warehouse Operations**- Performing and improving warehouse operations by analysing process flow, manning and space requirements and then suggesting new work flow or arrangements
- Accomplishes warehouse operations by completing related results as needed.
3. Inventories Management**- To Co-ordinate with Logistics department in the new incoming stocks and updating them into the ERP system.
- To make sure that stocks are updated all the time.
- Keep all the files of the stocks that is entered in an efficient filing system (hardcopy & softcopy).
- List of Job Descriptions are not exhaustive and will increase as targets are met.
REQUIREMENTS
- Team Player, Well Organised, Meticulous, Good Communication Skill
- At Least 2 Years of Operation Experience
- Diploma and Above
- Class 3 is an advantage
