Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor order management process from order entry in SAP system to billing according to established procedure
Issue purchase orders to vendors & to perform goods receipt throughout billing in SAP
Proactively work with supply plant and forwarder to ensure shipment to customer done in agreed time line
Review and check if letter of credits (L/C) are issued in accordance with purchase order and company standard, and to prepare banking documents as per L/C requirements
Work with 3rd Party Logistics to optimize delivery on available goods
Coordinate with Commercial / Planning team for inventory allocation
Manage customer requirements and expectations, taking a balance view between customer centric and operations efficiency and company interests
Monitor customer backorders and provide updates as available
Maintain and update order status in country report
Provide reporting data as required in relation to customer orders
Keep record of shipping documentation as required by local government, and for audit purpose.
Maintain full compliance to applicable laws & regulation
Ensure all business processes are executed in line with company controllership policies and direction
Assist with customer master data maintenance
Perform ad-hoc task as required by management

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related areas
Minimum 5 years' working experience in logistics & customer service in multinational company
Good understanding on Order to Cash Process & Direct / Drop shipment model
Good knowledge in various Incoterm & export documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Can work under pressure, prioritize tasks and a good team player
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Hands-on experience in SAP is a must; and proficiency in MS-office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Hold a strong sense of responsibility, detail-mindedness, and customer-service focus
Proactive and with drive of continuous process improvement
Good command to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
