Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process corporate actions distributions accurately and promptly (e.g. dividends, scrip/currency elections, REITs distributions, interest/redemption)
  • Handle corporate action events accurately and consistently, following departmental procedures and service level agreements
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on corporate action matters
  • Follow documented procedures, control guidelines, and compliance framework
  • Resolve account reconciliation discrepancies daily
  • Address and investigate all queries promptly
  • Support process improvements and change implementation
  • Participate in project initiatives and ad hoc tasks
  • Manage operational risk within processes

To excel in this business control environment, teamwork is essential. The successful Corporate Actions Analyst (12 months contract) should collaborate effectively with senior business development teams, internal stakeholders, and intermediaries when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior corporate actions experience
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads efficiently in a dynamic setting to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
