YOUR CHALLENGE

Client Management (internal & external)
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure daily operations meet organizational standards
  • Monitors incoming queries and provides timely responses or acknowledgments

Business Management
  • Reviews daily incoming/outgoing swift messages related to Corporate Actions
  • Processes and reconciles positions and corresponding entitlements from Corporate Actions transactions
  • Monitors entitlement confirmations and ensures accurate and timely entries
  • Conducts daily reviews on reconciliation discrepancies with prompt follow-up and resolution
  • Participates in User-Acceptance-Testing as necessary

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
  • Demonstrates appropriate values and behaviors such as integrity, diligence, fair dealing, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Collaborates with relevant teams to meet regulatory requirements

Professional and Technical
  • Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years of experience in banking or related field
  • Solid technical knowledge in Corporate Actions & Tax
  • Experience with Corporate Actions and Settlements SWIFT messages (MT56x/54x) is advantageous
  • Understanding of US restricted securities and tax-related reporting/reclaim is a plus
  • Knowledge of Bond Restructuring and filing claims for defaulted instruments is an added advantage
