What the role is
- The main scope is of the Officer is to support operations in the Bureau.
What you will be working on
- Job Scope / Key deliverables:
- Procurement Management:
Officer is expected to have good understanding of Government Procurement IM to be able to provide sound advice to Bureau users on Procurement Guidelines and Principles.
b.Officer will also be expected to raise Purchase Requisitions and issuing of Purchase Orders in iLMS (SAP) to support Bureau's operational requirements.
- Inventory Management:
Officer will be the appointed Store Officer in-charge of the General Store and is responsible for the access to the General Store.
b.Officer will undertake the supply chain management of general supplies, which include receiving, issuance and proper records keeping of inventories.
c. Officer will also be required to coordinate and conduct annual stock-take of the General Store.- Gift Management:

GSO is responsible for proper safekeeping of the official gifts declared by officers until they are returned to officers or disposed as advised by Gift Administering Officer (GAO).
Officer will assist the Lead for the Logistics Management Section, who in turn reports to Logistics Manager, Corporate Services Division.
What we are looking for
- Requirement
- Diploma in logistics or supply chain management.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Meticulous and have good analytical skill.
- 12 years of working experience.
- Experience in public sector and logistics is preferred.
