- To drive new subscriber growth through both paid and owned media to drive awareness and lead generation with the objective to meet key business financials for both Telco products and ICT services.
- Manage digital media agency, including overall SOW and Budget including monthly and yearly target setting and performance review.
- To work with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to set the yearly media strategy for various "always on" campaigns.
- Work closely with various business functions to analyse digital media performance, internal sales data and funnels, deriving insights and trends to identify opportunities for the business.
- To keep abreast of digital marketing trends, attribution models and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our direct / digital marketing campaigns
- Manage, develop, and maintain Singtel business sites to ensure the online information remain informative, current, and engaging.
- Manage content planning and preparation with an editorial calendar, including distribution and promotion channels.
- Create and design various digital collateral inclusive of video content and written article for lead nurturing campaigns
- Direct SEOoptimized content creation and publication that aligns with the brand's voice, goals, and audience
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Responsible for developing and maintaining regular reports and dashboards.
Any other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or equivalent
- Minimum 8 yrs of relevant experience
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights and turn them into business opportunities.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM
- Knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Strong project management and communication skills (written and verbal)
