As an Underwriter specializing in Financial Lines Business, you will collaborate with the Head of Department and a substantial team to implement the underwriting strategy for Financial Lines focusing on FI, D&O, and driving sustainable growth and profits for the organization.
The ideal candidate should be ambitious, proactive, and show a strong drive for success. Responsibilities will include negotiating participation, pricing, and terms with brokers while maintaining positive relationships.
Skills and Experience Required
- Open to candidates with experience/knowledge in Financial lines or related areas
- Considering individuals with backgrounds in business development, sales & marketing who are interested in transitioning to an Underwriting role
- Passionate about financial lines business and possess strong analytical skills
