Our growing team in Singapore are seeking a communicative client-facing and skilled Senior Technical Producer with a manifest knack for interactive work.

As a _Technical Producer at MediaMonks_, you act in concert with Asia's leading brands and their agencies to pitch, plot and produce award-winning work.

You're a project's pace
- and peacemaker, and principally responsible for all communication around the project, and its timely-and-terrific delivery.


This hands-on role requires client-facing experience in digital production and a thorough understanding of what is needed to make cutting-edge projects come about.

Role & Responsibilities

  • In this seniorlevel role, you'll lead the production of awardwinning work for some of the biggest brands and businesses in APAC.
  • As the nexus between ideas and execution, you'll work directly with our clients, who seek us for the creative production of their digital projects and campaigns.
  • You'll need to lead the way across uncharted paths of production for projects that engage with new and novel uses of technology.
  • You act as each project's pace and peacemaker and are principally responsible for its timelyandterrific delivery.
  • You'll set up new projects from the start by leading the production of pitches, creative treatments and production proposals in response to briefs.
  • Together with our creatives and tech chiefs, you help to shape new projects into a joint success by leading the production on our behalf.
  • Your role is to bring all our inhouse talents and teams together to make sure great work is done between the Singapore office and our production strongholds around the world.
  • You're responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work.
  • You establish what gets done and when, making sure projects are both profitable and possible with realistic budgets and deadlines.
Become the Linchpin of our Productions

  • For this clientfacing position, we're looking for a digital producer with minimum 5+ years of experience leading highstakes digital projects.
  • You have solid experience in digital production and a keen understanding of what is needed to make technical projects come about.
  • You understand the software development process whether it is web, mobile, immersive 3D or IoT development. You come from a product owner background and can kickstart and navigate our clients through an iterative AGILE process.
  • You know the business of digital advertising and production by heart and bring a solid understanding of the presentday needs of agencies and brands.
  • You have a keen understanding of the business objectives of brands and can quickly fathom each project's challenges and opportunities.
  • You're experienced in engaging new work, managing business relationships, and developing partnerships across projects.
  • You're confident leading a wide variety of projects, from digital campaigns to platforms and websites, 360 video and VR, interactive films, rich media, mobile apps and games and installations.
  • You possess sufficient technical knowledge to foresee and address production issues.
  • Your grasp of production costs and and times allows you to establish realistic budgets and deadlines.
  • Leading the production of multiple projects across multiple offices is no easy task and requires superb planning and communication skills.
