You will have a significant impact in the following areas:
- As a Business Excellence Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of support functions throughout the entire factory, encompassing workplace safety, industrial engineering, and lean operations.
- You participate in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business excellence across the manufacturing network and the plant. Additionally, you serve as the primary contact for all centrally managed corporate functions and ensure consistent alignment between the plant, headquarters, and other manufacturing network functions.
- You spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of business processes, focusing on efficiency and efficacy. Emphasizing the use of a variety of tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kata, you strive to instill a culture of exceptional quality and continual improvement across the organization.
- In addition to excelling in continuous improvement, you possess strong problem-solving skills. You can swiftly identify and troubleshoot issues, delving into their history and implementing innovative solutions.
- You are responsible for overseeing the company-wide strategic process, Hoshin Kanri, specifically for the plant. Collaborating closely with plant management, you ensure its successful implementation.
- You position the Singapore plant as a prime example of people-centricity within the manufacturing network, sharing valuable insights with others. Furthermore, you collaborate on strategic plans to enhance a culture of learning and people-centricity within the plant.
- You keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in manufacturing, exploring innovative approaches when necessary. Acting as a role model and advocate for people-centric operations and leadership, you prioritize your colleagues when striving for improvement.
You are eager to expand on your current expertise, including:
- With a versatile background and a strong STEM (post-)graduate education, you possess the capability to handle a wide range of subjects simultaneously.
- You bring years of (electronics) manufacturing industry experience to the table, including at least one staff position in areas such as strategy, planning, or business excellence.
- Your unique blend of assertiveness and social skills enables you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at different levels.
