What the role is
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Manage data input of key information into spreadsheets and proprietary systems.
- Organise and verify donation data for annual Community Chest Awards
- Manage donor enquiries, requests and correspondence.
- Provide Secretariat and administrative support to Committee meetings and programmes, including arranging meeting logistics, preparing financial reports and processing donation receipts.
Other duties
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Personal Competencies:
- Good problem solving skill and able to prioritise and multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team and service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
