Changi Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 3


Working Hours:
Shift system (8 hours per day)

**Will have either responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities 1:

  • Triage duties for checking and ensuring health documents and vaccination certificates are valid for travel destination
  • Concierge duty to direct passengers towards the Automated Check-In Kiosks within the selfservice zone.
  • Perform Gate Keepers duties to control the entrances to the FAST Assistance queue.
  • Assist and guide passengers on the use of Automated Check-In Kiosks with regards to checkin, boarding pass printing, baggage tag printing and other relevant queries.
  • Direct passengers with baggage who has completed the FAST process on Kiosks to Bag Drop queue.
  • Assist passengers with special needs (e.g. disabled passenger, blind, etc.)
  • Escort passenger from checkin through security checks and passport control to lounge or gate on request facilitating shortcut (priority lanes) if local authorities permits
  • Pickup of passenger in lounge and escort them from lounge to gate for departure and vice versa for arrival
**Job Responsibilities 2: - Duties before boarding passengers include printing flight load and flying time, activating GMID (Gate Management Information Display), switching on BGR (Boarding Gate Reader) and ensuring that BGR bins are empty

  • Ensuring that all passengers' names on passports tally with boarding passes for the departing flight. Check flight details such as flight number and flight date, to ensure that passengers are on the correct flight
  • Retrieving passengers' boarding passes and understanding/rectifying boarding prompts e.g. seat changes, passenger already boarded etc.
  • Carry out boarding pass stubs count upon embarkation. (Count to be compared with aircraft document to ensure that the numbers tally)
  • Issuance of arrival station disembarkation cards
  • Assisting passengers with special needs (e.g. disable passengers, etc)
  • To provide latest information on affected flight delay
  • Attend to passengers' needs
  • Issuance of meal vouchers
  • Escort passenger from checkin through security checks and passport control to lounge or gate on request facilitating shortcut (priority lanes) if local authorities permits
  • Pickup of passenger in lounge and escort them from lounge to gate for departure and vice versa for arrival

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N Level with a credit in English
  • Well Spoken in English and 2nd language
  • Presentable and wellgroomed
  • Positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills and culturally sensitive
  • Singaporeans Only
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Willing to work on night shifts or early morning shifts
