This role (12 months contract) will provide support to our HR Business Partners ("HRBPs") and Talent Partners ("TP") on the following:

  • Work closely with various hiring managers to understand the recruitment requirements for permanent, contract and internship hires.
  • Work closely with Shared Service Team on matters like arrangement of interview, administering of pre-hire test, e.t.c.
  • Conduct interviews with the hiring managers-
  • Additional assignments, duties or responsibilities may be required of this position, depending on the department's needs which will evolve from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and have demonstrated proficiency in handling HR/ recruitment matters.
  • Strong HR knowledge and familiar with employment laws and regulations.
  • Meticulous, has strong sense of prority and can manage various assigned tasks within timelines
  • Handson team player, selfstarter and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to work independently.
