Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy.
Assisting more than 14,6 milion of retail customers through a network of 5360 branches, it significantly supports the development of Companies and gives an important sustain to the country's growth.
The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries.
Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries in support of its corporate customers' cross-border business.It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:
Scope and Purpose:
- Processing of loan related activities such as drawdowns, rollovers, repayment, interest and fee payments
- Monitoring and timely processing of all transactions and liaising with the internal stakeholders, facility agents to ensure smooth execution of processes
- Review documentation including facility agreements, credit approvals etc. to facilitate proper execution of the deals. Updating credit lines/guarantee information once all the relevant documentation has been received
- Managing the discrepancies arising from nostro breaks. Ensure proper record and safe keeping of loan related documents. Update and maintain customer records which includes account setup, customer estatement records, customer fee/charges, list of authorized signatories etc. Supporting treasury operations by modifying/amending trade bookings/cashflows as advised by treasury
- Attending to Audit enquiries as and when required. Other jobs as assigned by the Head of Loan Admin & Middle Office
Required Experience:
- At least 35 years of experience in the banking industry in Loan Admin/ Middle Office operations. Knowledge of Loan IQ/ loan documentation will be an advantage
Competencies Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder
- Fluent in English
- Strong MS Office and PC skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and collaborate with other departments
- Selfmotivated and willingness to learn
- Team player who is flexible with job duties as there will be covering of duties for colleagues
