Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Installations: Conduct on-site installations of our systems, with the main focus on POS at various client locations across Singapore, ensuring that all hardware, software, and network components are set up correctly.

Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to client staff on how to use our systems effectively and efficiently. Offer post-implementation support to address any technical issues or questions that may arise.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of our systems after installation to verify its proper functionality and compliance with client requirements.

Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of all installations, configurations, and support interactions for future reference and continuous improvement.

Project Management: Effectively manage implementation projects, adhering to timelines and milestones while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and potential challenges.

Customer Satisfaction:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs proactively, resolving any issues promptly, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in systems and POS technology, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related.
  • Proven experience of at least 23 years in systems implementation, especially POS or similar technical roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of POS hardware, software, and network components.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service and support.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Selfmotivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Availability for occasional travel to client sites across Singapore.
  • Possesses a driving license & vehicle.
