Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement alumni initiatives to boost early engagement with graduating students and maintain active alumni involvement
  • Lead alumni branding, marketing, and communications across various platforms for current and upcoming initiatives
  • Promote and enhance Alumni IT system usage among different alumni segments and manage the alumni database
  • Identify partnership opportunities through various channels and manage university partnerships
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, working efficiently under minimal supervision and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, collaborate in diverse project teams, and work independently
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree or Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record in client engagement, relationship management, event organization, and marketing
  • Build and nurture internal and external relationships to drive positive business results
  • Proficient in technology, social media, and CRM systems, with knowledge of data analytics and digital marketing
  • Fluency in written and spoken communication, additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Attention to detail, particularly in writing, content creation, and collateral development
