Advancement has played a consistent part in the life of the INSEAD community, stretching back to engagement with corporations and other supporters involved in the creation of the School, to today, where alumni play a key role in our strategic ambitions. We are now seeking an Executive Director, Alumni Engagement to join the Advancement senior management team and lead our efforts across alumni relations, events and lifelong learning programmes.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, Advancement, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team across 3 countries, and further building on our momentum and success so far. You will play a pivotal role in bringing stakeholders across our internal and external communities together, and inspire colleagues within the Advancement team and across INSEAD towards deepening the connections with and between our 60,000+ strong alumni community in 180+ countries. Key to your success will be your experience of delivering initiatives designed for positive alumni engagement across diverse and global communities, and your sophisticated communication, influencing and diplomacy skills. You will be a confident and approachable leader and colleague, and have proven yourself to being a strong ally to your fundraising colleagues in the past. You champion your team, get things done, and know how to celebrate success.

(This is a permanent position and full-time position, based in either the Europe or Asia Campuses, with a preference for Fontainebleau due to the volume of activity and events on-site)
