Join Our Team as a HR Specialist at XYZ Company

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire range of HR functions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Monitor staff attendance and overtime hours
  • Process necessary work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers
  • Ensure precise and timely completion of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A, and more
  • Participate in performance appraisal and annual increment exercises
  • Address staff disciplinary issues and handle grievances
  • Manage all expenses and medical claims
  • Draft employment contracts
  • Assist with training administration
  • Renew insurance policies annually and handle related claims
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and foreign records with MOM
  • Prepare and submit MOM surveys
  • Supervise leave procedures, monitor leave balances, and approve leave requests
  • Build solid working relationships with various Business Units to offer primary support in HR matters
  • Manage employee relations and the communication process
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Any other additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
  • Thorough understanding of HR management and policies
  • Experience in employee relations and payroll processing
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Relevant HR certification is a bonus
