Job Description:
The selected Manager will assist finance partners in providing various financial services within a Shared Services operating setting.
- Aid in financial aspects of the reporting entity (RIs) including budgeting, planning, financial and management reporting, and financial analysis of the RIs.
- Ensure compliance of internal controls and financial procedures with Financial Policy and Procedures (FPP).
- Support in preparing Audit Committee (AC) presentation slides.
- Assist in creating fund management schedules.
- Collaborate with other Finance Partners to gather information / document procedures.
- Offer assistance in projects like data review/cleansing and user acceptance tests.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP system would be beneficial.
- Participation in system automation projects would be advantageous.
- Methodical, with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and delivering outcomes within tight deadlines.
