Job Responsibilities
To ensure the bank's batch operation, self banking platform and Mainframe development tasks and jobs are completed timely. This is to ensure the bank's system are ready for next day operation.
Follow SOP process and escalation when needed, as defined in the escalation matrix. Identifying issues that requires attention and escalation Escalating issues in a timely and appropriate fashion Timely implementation of requests Work with requestor to execute request Generation of reports Overseeing completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations Establishing measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency Support Mainframe BAU and upgrade activitiesApply Now
