KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Data Analysis: Work with various stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data such as employee demographics, compensation, turnover rates, performance evaluations, succession, and other metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support HR initiatives and strategies.

Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

HR Systems: Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) or other tools to extract and organize data for analysis. Collaborate with People Services or HRIS teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Organizational Development Analysis: Conduct analysis on effectiveness of transformation projects and making recommendations based on external best practice and internal data.

Compliance and Policy Analysis: Work with People Services on monitoring of changes in IR/ER policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations. Analyze data to identify potential risks, gaps, or areas of improvement in HR compliance practices.

HR Project Support: Assist in HR projects and initiatives such as employee development, employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational restructuring. Provide analytical and operational support, data insights, and contribute to project planning and implementation.

IDEAL PROFILE

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in data analysis with very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI or any other analytical tools/software
  • Understanding of key HR principles, practices, and regulations. Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex data findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. Ability to translate data insights into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Understanding of the organization's goals, objectives, and industry trends.
  • Selfstarter with high degree of learning agility.
