Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Identification: Identify potential joint venture opportunities and acquisition targets aligned with the company's strategic objectives and growth plans. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to identify suitable partners and potential M&A targets.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential partners and acquisition targets, including legal, financial, operational, and cultural analysis. Evaluate the feasibility, risks, and synergies of joint ventures and M&A transactions. Coordinate with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and acquisition targets to develop and structure mutually beneficial agreements. Determine the financial terms, ownership structures, governance models, and integration plans for joint ventures and M&A transactions.
  • Integration Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive integration plans and strategies for successfully merging acquired companies or integrating joint ventures. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth transition and realization of synergies. Oversee the integration process and address any challenges that may arise.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Assess legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks. Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to ensure the success and stability of the partnerships and transactions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance and success of joint ventures and acquired companies. Monitor financial, operational, and market performance. Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, investors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies. Effectively communicate joint venture and M&A objectives, progress, and outcomes to relevant parties. Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the process.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to crossfunctional teams involved in joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture, ensuring effective teamwork and coordination. Delegate tasks and responsibilities, and provide mentorship and support to team members.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities. Develop strategies to leverage joint ventures and acquisitions for business growth and expansion.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements related to joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any legal or regulatory issues and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.


  • Extensive knowledge of M&A processes, including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration.
**Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate investment opportunities, financial statements, and valuation models.
  • Excellent negotiation and dealmaking skills, with a track record of successful M&A transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Indepth knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to joint ventures and M&A transactions.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
