Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Manager of Facilities Management, this position will involve tasks such as overseeing building operations, conducting site inspections, and managing feedback from stakeholders
  • Maintaining records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure compliance and for reporting purposes
  • Monitoring utility expenses and participating in emergency response procedures
  • Providing operational support and performing administrative duties for the department

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Higher-Nitec or Diploma in Facilities Management or similar field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team, respond effectively to emergencies, and work flexible hours if needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
