Roles & Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Manager of Facilities Management, this position will involve tasks such as overseeing building operations, conducting site inspections, and managing feedback from stakeholders
- Maintaining records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure compliance and for reporting purposes
- Monitoring utility expenses and participating in emergency response procedures
- Providing operational support and performing administrative duties for the department
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Higher-Nitec or Diploma in Facilities Management or similar field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team, respond effectively to emergencies, and work flexible hours if needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
