  • Coordinate all logistical arrangements for event workshops, including venue setup, equipment procurement, and materials preparation.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the event space, ensuring a smooth transition for participants.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials and services.
  • Assist in the development of workshop schedules and agendas, ensuring all activities run on time and according to plan.
  • Conduct and provide on-site support during workshops, including guiding participants, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain inventory of workshop materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for each event.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote event workshops and attract participants.
  • Monitor participant feedback and make recommendations for improving future workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during workshops.
  • Perform related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop new workshop concepts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level
  • Preferably with experience in Tourism / Hospitality Industry and / or Customer Service related
  • Enthusiastic and detail-oriented, able to facilitate various workshops
