What the role is

  • As a Procurement Manager, you play an important role to guide and advice the Divisions/Units on their endtoend procurement processes. You will work closely with the Divisions/Units to ensure the procurement process supports the Divisions/Units business needs and adhere to the prevailing procurement principles and policies.

What you will be working on:

The Procurement Manager's key responsibilities is to review procurement documents include but not limited to approval of requirements, specifications, bid amendments, evaluation/recommendation reports, contract variations for tenders, quotations, request for quotations prepared by the Divisions/Units to ensure compliance to Government Instruction Manual on Procurement and optimise the benefits of value for money procurement.

You are required to provide procurement advice to the Divisions/Units.

In addition, you are also required to identify and establish new goods/services for demand aggregation contract to achieve cost savings & work efficiency.
