Salt Talent Search is looking for a Corporate Action Specialist for a 10-month extendable Contract role

What Will You Do:

  • Liaise with Portfolio Managers to make timely election and ensure that voluntary events instructions are submitted to providers and confirmed.
  • Adhere to daily controls and work together as a team to complete daily deliverables.
  • Support the global "passthebook" strategy and partner with global colleagues to identify best practice in clients processes and drive consistency.
  • Handle queries received from both internal and external partners.
  • Escalate all material risk items and service issues to the senior management on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with business partners including other Investment Operations teams to ensure an efficient and effective workflow and adopt a 'One' approach to problem solving.
  • Perform provider governance and ensure providers are in line with clients Target Operating Model.
  • Be a Student of the Market by maintain awareness of industry developments and how they impact Client.

What Will You Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Corporate Actions role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong client and partner service orientation.
  • Strong risk mitigation attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to work directly with clients and across all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and process innovation.
