Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4-star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Strategically placing parttime staff in positions and leading by example in the daily operation.
  • Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
  • Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
  • Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
  • Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in F&B industry.
  • Skills in stirring and shaking cocktails are preferred.
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Good team player and selfmotivated.
  • Passionate about service and people.

Compensation:

Working Location: 3 mins walking distance from MRT Chinatown

  • Working hours: Shift Rotational between 10am 11pm
  • Working days: 5 days/week (shift rotational)
  • Meal allowance provided
