We are presently on the lookout for a top-notch professional to come aboard our team as a CLM Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To assist RM's/CSE's in identifying and documenting the necessary information to meet the Bank's KYC due diligence policies during client onboarding and account opening
  • Carry out and review negative media alerts, as well as conduct sanction & PEP screenings
  • Verify and pinpoint any discrepancies between the customer's documentation and their profile in the system
  • Assess and validate the quality of due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) details on the bank's clients, aligned with HSBC policies during onboarding and periodic reviews
  • Collaborate with the CDD Advisor when in need of additional guidance on CDD policy
  • Support with other necessary tasks

Requirements

  • Preferably possess working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance in the banking and financial services sector
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent research and communication abilities
  • Aptitude to work in a professional manner with all levels of staff and management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Internet Explorer
  • Hold a minimum of a degree or relevant 3-5 years of work experience
  • Fluency in English and exceptional written skills
  • Additional languages are a plus
