- Manage, develop and motivate the sales channels in Singapore to achieve the company's objectives and strategies.
- Achieve sales and profit targets by account on a monthly and yeartodate basis.
- Ensure timely followup and reporting of all sales inquiries.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
- Agree and set pricing levels and strategies in coordination with management.
- Maintain and develop existing business levels while ensuring a constant flow of new business activity.
- Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
- Develop and implement annual business plans and update them on a rolling monthly basis.
- Monitor and report market trends and competitor activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to external and internal customer needs, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
- Be a strategic thinker, capable of developing business where it does not currently exist.
- Possess excellent presentation skills and abilities, able to present to multiple decisionmakers in various segments.
- Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.
