Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and motivate the sales channels in Singapore to achieve the company's objectives and strategies.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets by account on a monthly and yeartodate basis.
  • Ensure timely followup and reporting of all sales inquiries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
  • Agree and set pricing levels and strategies in coordination with management.
  • Maintain and develop existing business levels while ensuring a constant flow of new business activity.
  • Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans and update them on a rolling monthly basis.
  • Monitor and report market trends and competitor activity.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to external and internal customer needs, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Be a strategic thinker, capable of developing business where it does not currently exist.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and abilities, able to present to multiple decisionmakers in various segments.
