We are looking for a conscientious and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive (Operations) with a strong interest in eCommerce and deep understanding of online consumer behaviour. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, while working alongside the Commercial Manager to formulate strategies and initiatives to ensure continued growth in online sales and brand presence.

eCommerce Channel Management:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and executing growth strategies across all online channels to drive business growth, with a particular focus on Shopee & TikTok Shop.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations on online marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues.
  • Assist in the execution of promotions and campaigns on marketplaces and optimization of inventory levels.
  • Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with KOLs.
  • Update and maintain eCommerce content, ensuring all pages, products & prices across all platforms are accurate and updated at all times.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key partners to maximize brand’s presence on marketplaces and drive sales.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging content (including copywriting) for organic and paid acquisition channels, such as digital ads and EDMs.
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities.
  • Analyse and review product & campaign performances to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor and keep up-to-date with current market trends and competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience, with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry and social commerce.
  • Prior experience in working with marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and WooCommerce is preferred.
  • Experience in managing livestreams will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required.
  • Sales-driven, customer-centric, creative, and problem-solving skills essential.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail, resourceful and able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea, to manage any urgent edits to artwork.
