About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans: Collaborate with the
sales team to create and implement effective omnichannel marketing plans that align with
the company's objectives and target audience. This includes market research, competitor
analysis, and identifying new opportunities.

  • Stay updated with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies,
knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Content creation and management: Create compelling and engaging content for various
marketing channels, such as website, social media, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies,
information and ensure accuracy and quality of content.

  • Digital marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand
awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. Utilize various online
marketing, to reach target audiences.

  • Event coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, such as webinars,
conferences, trade shows, and customer workshops. Manage logistics, including vendor
coordination, budget management, and post-event evaluation.

  • Relationship management: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, presales
engineers and customer success, to align marketing efforts and support their goals. Build
and maintain relationships with external partners, industry influencers, and media
contacts.

  • Marketing analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance
metrics, including event outcomes, post event follow up metrices, conversion rates, and
ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

Skills and Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of proven work experience in field and channel marketing and/or
demand generation omnichannel campaigns in high-tech company. Experience in the
cybersecurity industry preferred but not required.

  • BA/BS degree in business (marketing, communications, or related area)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously while working remotely on business trips
