As a Network Security Expert, you will play a crucial role in the Group Technology and Operations (GTO) team, responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise and regional LAN and WAN network infrastructure.

By participating in network service recovery, you will minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations for our internal users and external customers.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of managing and maintaining the Enterprise and Regional LAN and WAN network infrastructure, including critical components such as Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points, Identity Service Engine, and other campus network enabling technology and appliances.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the regional datacenter, ecommerce production, UAT/DR, and SIT network, including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Load balancers, and VMware DC appliances.
  • Oversee device management lifecycle, maintain accurate inventory documentation, handle budgeting, capacity planning, and ensure compliance and security requirements are met.
  • Translate user or business requirements into technology solutions, following standard solution templates and established change control processes. Communicate effectively with nonITsavvy users.
  • Play an active role in network service recovery to minimize system downtime and minimize the impact on internal users and external customers. Demonstrate analytical and problemsolving skills, escalate when necessary, and be available for oncall duty and 24/7 regional support.
  • Manage INC and CRQ queue, ensure adherence to SLA targets, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and support shiftleft initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrate strong technical analytical and engineering competencies, with handson experience in managing routers, switches, firewalls, identityrelated technologies, and WAN Transport. Stay uptodate with the latest technology products and platforms from vendors such as Cisco, including Wireless, DNAC and APIC/ACI, Prime Infra, as well as Fortinet, Checkpoint, VMware NSX-T, and F
  • Familiarity with WAN routing protocols, QOS, COS, Telco's business and operations, microsegmentation, Content Delivery Network, 3layered hierarchical and spineleaf architecture, and cloud networking.
  • Be a team player with a strong sense of ownership, selfmotivation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with peers to fulfill network deliverables.
  • Possess meticulousness, energy, resourcefulness, and the ability to inspire others. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the capability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrate thought leadership and influence to direct and build a higherperformance team, steer goals, and achieve deliverables.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing tools such as Remedy ISM and network management tools.
