Roles & Responsibilities

Successful candidate would be reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Technology. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage, oversee and lead the daily operations of the IT Network Security.
  • Providing day-to-day support by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving service incidents on the network and security issue.
  • Proactivity monitoring, support and troubleshoot network bandwidth capacity and network performance to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Experience and good knowledge in security technologies, including firewall, IDS & IPS, VPN etc.
  • Perform appliance upgrades and migration to ensure solutions and or related platform are maintained in operational conditions with proper documentation.
  • Providing on-call support, including the ability to work a flexible off-hours schedule for planned/unplanned maintenance, as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage local and regional ISP on maintenance, changes, and implementation of WAN (Internet).

The successful candidate should possess the followings:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Cyber Security or Engineering related fields.
  • Professional Certification and at least 5 years’ hands on experience in routing & switching preferred CCNP.
  • Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Hands on experience in one or more of the following brand as below:-
  1. Routing & Switching - Cisco / Huawei
  2. Firewall – Sophos / Fortigate / Palo Alto / Forcepoint
  3. WIFI AP - Ruckus / Aruba / Ubiquiti
