Assistant Manager, Finance Transformation - Explore an Exciting Opportunity with NTUC Health

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement automation initiatives, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to streamline and automate financial processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for enhancing processes within the finance department.
  • Partner with IT professionals and stakeholders to deploy and enhance financial systems in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including finance team members, IT experts, and external consultants.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to finance personnel during transitions resulting from process modifications and system implementations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of process and system flowcharts.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a closely related field. Additional certifications like CPA or CFA are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process enhancement, transformation, and automation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated track record of contributing to successful finance transformation endeavors.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, ERP implementations, and innovative finance technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic outlook.
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
  • Competence in utilizing relevant financial software and tools.
