Position Summary
The selected individual will carry out the responsibilities of an Accounts Executive, collaborating closely with team members to ensure prompt account handling and oversee payments and invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a section of accounts
  • Ensure accurate recording of suppliers' invoices and adherence to corporate payment policies
  • Prepare monthly schedules and conduct reconciliations
  • Conduct cost analysis

Talent Profile

  • Preferably holds LCCI Accounting in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Skilled in software applications, especially Microsoft Office
  • Detailed-oriented, accountable, proactive, independent, and a strong team contributor

Preference for 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Work Schedule:
This role follows the schedule:
Monday - Friday
Office hours
Weekends Off
9am - 6pm
