  • Act as an expert in one or more areas of human resource management of the company.
  • Provide consultative advisory and administrative management services in all areas of HR, including talent management, employee relations, recruitment, organizational training and development, benefits management, organization design, and team structure hierarchy.
  • Handle learning and development needs of the company by planning based on skills gaps and effectively delivering and administrating through a training calendar.
  • Responsible for the delivery and administration of a broad range of HR services to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to provide feedback on policies and processes for alignment.
  • Collaborate with Business heads to grasp organization imperatives and prepare Business HR key imperatives and individual plans based on historical data and priorities, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Participate in forecasting manpower requirements and AOP projections based on business needs, attrition, and expected location movements.
  • Initiate and manage HR projects and initiatives while monitoring progress and making necessary course corrections.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company HR strategies, policies, and systems within the Region.
  • Offer regional perspective on HR issues to the business and ensure compliance with regional labor laws.
  • Track effectiveness of initiatives, reviewing metrics on factors like employee engagement, attrition, headcounts, vendor costs, and employee investments.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for the delivery and administration of recruitment services to align staffing strategy with corporate goals.
  • Drive execution of HR plans, policies, and processes related to recruitment, employee relations, and talent management within a team.
  • Focus on operational activities related to employee engagement and regional HR issues.
  • Institutionalize processes set by Supervisor and drive ownership within employee groups.
  • Operational role with direct impact on results, operating self-sufficiently.
  • Capable of identifying key issues, priorities, and delivering required results with minimal direction.
  • Identify problems and improve methods and techniques, potentially leading small teams.

Education: Post Graduate with an HR specialization

Experience: 4-7 years post-qualification experience in an HR Generalist customer-facing role
