Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the department (which includes filing, arrange courier services, etc)
To update and maintain contractors' and tenant's contact list To assist with the rental arrears management Oversee pantry, fridge, microwave oven, drinks dispenser, copier and stationery cabinet stock level, operations and upkeeping Arrange courier where required by team and verify against billing Process all admin-related invoices Preparation and collation of reports Purchase of stationery, letterheads, envelopes, etc.
Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years' experience of relevant working experience IT savvy Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint) Good with design software (such as Adobe and In-design) Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues Organized, meticulous and possess a strong sense of urgency Responsible, pleasant and approachable Initiative, possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
