Job Summary

Oversee the construction of designated projects from commencement to Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring alignment with set targets related to schedule, Capex, and internal requisites like HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track project schedules and finances, alerting to any potential deviations in timelines and costs by utilizing company tools and platforms
  • Effectively manage contractors and external parties to guarantee smooth project execution
  • Identify construction and progress-related risks and promptly communicate them to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recognize project risks, obstacles, and challenges, proposing viable solutions and mitigation strategies
  • Implement quality checklists for the review and inspection of solar projects
  • Supervise and engage with clients throughout the construction phase

Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction/installation projects
  • Prior exposure to the renewable energy or construction sector, particularly in solar projects, is advantageous

  • Demonstrated history of effective communication with project stakeholders
  • Strong project management competencies, capable of delivering clear and concise reports
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proficiency in verbal and written communication
