Job SummaryOversee the construction of designated projects from commencement to Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring adherence to project targets concerning schedule, Capex, and internal prerequisites like HSE.
Responsibilities- Monitor and supervise project timelines and finances, highlighting any potential deviations in schedule and expenses utilizing designated corporate systems
- Efficiently manage contractors and other external parties to guarantee seamless project execution
- Identify construction and progress-related risks, promptly notifying the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint project risks, hindrances, and complications, presenting feasible solutions and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement quality assessment protocols for solar project reviews and inspections
- Engage with clients throughout the construction phase
Educational Background/Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction/installation projects
- Previous background in the renewable energy or construction sector, particularly solar, is advantageous
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in engaging with project stakeholders effectively
- Strong project management competencies, capable of delivering clear and concise reports
