What we're seeking

A Technical Key Account Manager (TKAM) plays a crucial role in supporting clients with their technical inquiries and cases, meeting set targets. Specifically, for Strategic Key Accounts, the TKAM fosters business growth by proactively addressing technical needs, ongoing projects, liaising with stakeholders, and overseeing New Buildings.

The role

  • Managing technical queries and cases from start to finish following the GTCC process.
  • Providing expert advice, considering all options for solutions that align compliance with client expectations.
  • Meeting and exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • Cultivating a client-centered LR culture.
  • Providing insights for service improvement based on client feedback.
  • Collaborating with Key Account Managers to offer specialized support within their area.

What you bring

  • Degree in engineering or qualifications from a marine institution with sea-going experience.
  • Proven experience related to Flag Authorities, Classification Societies, Ship owning companies, or Third Party Managers.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
