Mission of the Position
The Talent Acquisition Director's mission is to spearhead scalable recruitment strategies across all Aureus centres, resulting in the hiring of top-tier talents, establishing Aureus as an exceptional workplace and results in the drive of business growth. This role demands a motivated individual to coordinate seamlessly across departments to align with company objectives. Achieving this entails implementing innovative recruitment strategies, fostering strong external relationships, and enhancing team satisfaction through thoughtful candidate selection and onboarding. By prioritizing these pillars, the Talent Acquisition Director supports Aureus's overall success and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Targets and Team Management:
- Develop and monitoring the implementation of hiring targets and OKRs for the talent acquisition team.
- Implement strategies to ensure the achievement of targets, including effective resource allocation, performance monitoring, and adjustments to recruitment tactics as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.
2. Sourcing and Interviewing:
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within Aureus, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
3. High Level Candidate Experience:
- Ensure that all candidates, regardless of outcome, have a positive experience with the organization, reflecting its commitment to excellence.
4. Career Talks/Events:
- Plan and execute career talks and events to attract top talent, providing insights into career opportunities at Aureus and fostering connections with potential candidates.
5. Job Portals Management:
- Manage job postings on job portals and platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Monitor job portal analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and maximize candidate reach.
6. Training and Mentorship:
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for new team members to enhance the skills and capabilities, covering hiring processes, best practices, company etiquette, and Aureus-assigned values.
- Incorporate role-playing exercises for adaptability and scenario-based learning.
- Ensure timely completion of specialized training and provide on-the-job mentoring to support new hires in reaching their goals.
7. Workplace Culture and Etiquette:
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.
- Develop strategies to boost morale, address challenges, and organize staff welfare events to enhance employee satisfaction.
8. Communication and Transparency:
- Maintain consistent and aligned communication with the company's core values across all channels.
- Conduct regular huddles and town halls to facilitate transparent communication across team layers.
9. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive innovation in recruitment strategies and technologies to maintain Aureus's competitive edge in attracting top talent.
Hiring Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in recruitment, including 5 years in managerial or leadership roles.
- Highly data-driven with a proven track record of leveraging data for recruitment decisions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, translating insights into innovative recruitment strategies.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adept at managing large-scale projects concurrently.
- Exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, consistently meeting stringent deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess, inspiring and guiding teams to surpass recruitment objectives and achieve organizational success.
